Thorwick

Terms of service

Last updated 19 September 2026

The agreement

These terms are between you and Maximilian Maczynski, who runs Thorwick. By creating an account you agree to them. How we handle personal information is covered in the privacy policy.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old. An account belongs to one person, and you are responsible for what happens under it, so keep access to your email and Google account secure.

Your content

You own what you put into Thorwick: your business details, projects, notes and documents. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you send project links to, only so we can run the service.

You are responsible for having the right to share what you upload, including your clients’ names and contact details, and for keeping it accurate. Your agreements with your clients are between you and them. Thorwick is not a party to them.

Project links

Anyone with a project link can see that project page. Share links only with people who should see them. If a link goes somewhere it should not, you can change it or turn it off from the project page.

What you may not do

  • Upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share
  • Use Thorwick to send spam or to deceive anyone
  • Try to reach data that is not yours, or disrupt the service

If you do, we may suspend or close your account.

Price

Thorwick is free during early access. If that changes, we will tell you at least 30 days before you would be charged anything, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

The service itself

Thorwick is new and will change. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but it is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business, arising from your use of it.

Leaving

You can stop using Thorwick at any time, and ask us to delete your account by writing to hello@thorwick.com. If we ever shut Thorwick down, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice to take copies of what you need.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. We will email account holders about any significant change before it takes effect.
